About the session
The Art of Living Breath and Meditation Program is a 4-day live online program starting on the 8th of June, where you will learn meditation, breathwork and yoga techniques, and the Sudarshan Kriya™. The Sudarshan Kriya™ is a widely researched rhythmic breathing technique that helps relieve stress, regulate emotions and remove toxins from the body. Through the regular practice of Sudarshan Kriya™, experience benefits such as increased peace of mind, more energy, less stress and anxiety and mastery over your mind and emotions.
Ami will be leading 4 live sessions at 6 PM to 8 PM from 8th to 11th June, 2024.

After creating your SoulSensei account, you can proceed to make the payment. For this SoulSession, you will be redirected to the Art of Living website to complete your payment. They accept various payment methods for your convenience.
The SoulSession consists of: 4 live sessions at 6 PM to 8 PM IST from 8th to 11th June, 2024 and live QA session.
Breathing exercises and breathwork offer a range of benefits for both mental and physical health, such as reduced stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, improved lung function, better sleep, and more focus.
The first live is from 6 PM to 8 PM on 8th June, the second live is from 6 PM to 8 PM on 9th June, the third live is from 6 PM to 8 PM on 10th June, and the fourth live is from 6 PM to 8 PM on 11th June. The timings for the Live QA will be announced shortly. Live sessions will unfortunately not be recorded.
