One of the easiest and most effective methods to activate your chakras is a Chakra healing meditation. You can also make use of techniques such as Reiki, crystal healing, and color therapy to clear blockages and balance your chakras. There are certain yoga poses associated with each of the 7 chakras, which can be used to balance them. If you resonate with chants, you can use specific mantras for activation.
