Angel Numbers are number sequences that contain repetition like 222, 444 or patterns like 8787. The interpretation of these numbers is personal and subjective.
Yoga Nidra is not what you might think of when you hear yoga. This is an ancient meditation technique where practitioners enter a deeper state of conscious relaxation, moving awareness from the external world to the internal. Yoga Nidra focuses on deep relaxation and is a form of guided meditation also called yogic sleep or effortless relaxation.
You can practice this anywhere you can lie down in silence. Some Yoga Nidra can be practiced seated but most often is done lying down.
Benefits of Yoga Nidra include deep relaxation, increased concentration, rejuvenation of the body and mind, decrease in stress and anxiety and improved memory.
