Day 1: Understanding the Inner Child (9th March, 11 AM - Live Session) - Discover how childhood patterns shape your life with journaling, breathwork and a root chakra meditation to release fears.
Day 2: Identify Your Childhood Wounds - Meet your inner child and release trauma by working on the sacral chakra and cord cutting audio meditation.
Day 3: Reparenting Your Inner Child - Nurture your inner child by writing a letter to your younger self and practicing Heart Chakra water energising
Day 4: Emotional Release & Forgiveness (12th March, 9 PM - Live Session) - Release stored pain with a Ho’oponopono meditation and healing affirmations.
Day 5: Reconnecting with Playfulness & Joy - Do something you love and learn a powerful chant for inner peace and calm.
Day 6: Strengthen Your Inner Child - Learn grounding tasks and affirmations to nurture your inner child.
Day 7: Closing Ceremony (15th March, 11 AM - Live Session) - Cleanse your aura, practice a root, sacral and anahata meditation with self talk & mirror affirmations for reprogramming of the subconscious to extend your healing journey.

Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. By repeating phrases like “I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you,” it helps release negative emotions and promote inner peace.
Affirmations are uplifting statements that you can recite to yourself to transform your mindset and behaviour. They help cultivate a positive self-image, boost self-esteem and confidence, and help avoid negative self-talk. They also help in improving your mental health and alleviate stress and anxiety. In the long run, they help change the way you look at life and make you a more positive person overall.
You can make affirmations a part of your daily self-care practice. You can recite them in front of the mirror when you’re getting ready or jot them down in your journal when you wake up and go to bed. You can also keep certain affirmations handy to keep you motivated throughout the day.
