A designer-turned-yogi with a Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Ashima brings over 12 years of experience in human-centered systems into her teaching. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher, trained at The Yoga Institute, and facilitates scripture-based inquiry through texts such as the Bhagavad Gita, Yoga Sutra, Devi Mahatmyam, and Garbhopanishad. Her work emphasizes traditional, non-trend-based yogic methods, supporting women through life transitions including conception preparation, motherhood, identity shifts, and confidence building, often in collaboration with Ayurvedic doctors and mental health professionals.
