Yeshe, affectionately known as Lama Ji, is a meditation master and Buddhist monk from England who brings the timeless wisdom of Buddhism to a global audience. With years of experience teaching in the Himalayan foothills and running a meditation centre in Northern India, he guides people of all ages in Buddhist philosophy, mindfulness, and meditation. His teaching style is clear, practical, and approachable, encouraging students to explore their own minds with humour and everyday examples. Having studied under great Tibetan masters including the Dalai Lama and the 17th Karmapa, Yeshe blends deep traditional knowledge with a critical Western perspective. He has introduced mindfulness programmes in schools across India, Canada, Bhutan, and the UK to expand wellbeing worldwide. As the author of six bestselling books and the voice behind the popular Buddhism Guide podcast, Yeshe offers a way to bring peace and wisdom into everyday life.
