So many of us experience panic or anxiety and feel like we’re spiralling out of control. But what if those intense sensations were actually your body’s way of protecting you? This is a 90-minute, experiential session designed to help you understand what’s really happening in your nervous system and guide you back to safety using simple, supportive tools.
Through breathwork, grounding practices, and body awareness techniques, you’ll begin to build a relationship with your body that feels safe, steady, and empowered.
You’ll leave with a better understanding of your nervous system, a take-home toolkit of calming practices, and most importantly a sense that you’re not alone, and there is a way through.

Breathwork or breathing exercises involve intentionally changing your breathing pattern to improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
A guided meditation is one where a SoulSensei leader guides you through a meditation practice either in person or via audio or video. These could be meditation for stress and anxiety, meditation practices for beginners or meditation for deep sleep. These types of guided meditation often include calming music and specific instructions to help you relax, focus, and achieve a deeper state of awareness.
There are many self-help techniques and a few of them are journalling, meditation, breathwork, affirmations, manifestation, gratitude practices and goal setting.
