Roli Shrivastava is a certified breathwork and meditation teacher with three years of experience, having trained at the prestigious Yoga Institute, Mumbai. Her journey into breathwork began as a personal quest to manage bronchitis, which soon transformed into a deep passion for helping others achieve emotional balance, mental clarity, and physical well-being. Blending ancient Pranayama techniques with modern Western breathwork, Roli’s sessions offer a holistic approach to mindfulness, relaxation, and self-discovery. Her guided meditations explore themes like nature visualisation, chakra balancing, mindfulness, compassion, self-love, and deep body relaxation, creating a truly transformative experience for her students.
