Preethi is a mindfulness coach, mental health professional, and mentor, dedicated to helping individuals integrate mindfulness into daily life with ease and authenticity. With a background spanning engineering, human resources, and clinical psychology, Preethi brings a rare blend of analytical insight and emotional depth to her work. Her mindfulness journey began in 2012 and led her to train in the Unified Mindfulness system, where she found a structured, practical approach that resonated deeply with her. Today, Preethi works across diverse spaces — mentoring aspiring teachers at the Unified Mindfulness Teachers Training Program, leading mindfulness and soft skills development for educators at Har Mandir School, and facilitating group sessions for parents of children with special needs. Her sessions are designed to be practical, grounded, and transformative, helping adolescents and adults alike develop sustainable mindfulness habits that support mental well-being and personal growth. Blending two decades of corporate experience with her passion for psychology, Preethi offers a compassionate, strategic approach to mindfulness, making it accessible for modern living.
