Breathwork has many emotional and physical benefits which include higher concentration and focus, lower stress and anxiety, increased energy and clarity, deeper relaxation and improved respiratory functions.
There are many different types of meditation, which include but are not limited to mindfulness meditation which focuses on being present in the moment; transcendental meditation which involves silently repeating a mantra; a body scan meditation where you scan your body for areas of tension and a vipassana meditation which is a traditional Buddhist practice focused on insight.
