Rashmi Shahbazker is a Holistic & Transformational Life Coach certified by the ACC and the Jay Shetty Certification School. She is also a Himalayan Kriya & Kundalini Yoga teacher, trained extensively through Sattva Yoga Academy (200hrs & 300hrs YTT), and a certified Pranic Healer. She is currently training in trauma-informed practices through Dr. Gabor Maté’s program. Rashmi guides sensitive individuals who feel disconnected or overwhelmed to heal from past traumas. Drawing from her personal journey of overcoming childhood trauma, and the challenges of a traumatic marital breakdown including anxiety and depression, she helps her clients to unlock their true potential, and awaken their body and mind to endless possibilities.
