Session Details

Honour the sacred Vesak moon with a special chanting and meditation session guided by Punita Kadam. This gathering celebrates the birth, enlightenment, and passing of the Buddha — a time to reconnect with our inner peace, compassion, and awakened nature.

 

Together, we will chant two powerful mantras from the Lotus Sutra, 108 times each. The session will also include a brief introduction to the chants, a guided meditation, and a water blessing to anchor our intentions.

 

This is a space to slow down, open the heart, and align with the energies of compassion and loving kindness. Please keep some water handy for the blessing ritual during the session.

 

The session recording will be available in your SoulSensei Library within 24 hours.
