How long is each session?
Each session is 30 minutes—short enough to fit into a busy morning, but powerful enough to shift your whole day.
Can I join just one session?
Yes! You can drop in for ₹300 or choose a discounted pack that fits your rhythm.
What if I miss a session in my pack?
Sessions are flexible—join any Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. Valid for 3 months from purchase.
Do I need prior experience?
Not at all. These sessions are beginner-friendly and guided step-by-step.
What do I need to prepare?
A quiet space, a comfortable seat or mat, and a stable internet connection. After registering, you’ll get Zoom access and setup tips.
How are the sessions delivered?
All sessions are live and online via Zoom. Join from anywhere—no commute, just connection.
What makes this different from recorded meditations?
These are live, heart-led spaces. The presence of others, real-time energy, and guided interaction create a deeper, more connected experience.
Will sessions be recorded?
No session recordings will be available.
How do I make the payment for the course?
Click on the "Register Now" button on this page, create your SoulSensei account and then you can proceed to make the payment. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
Can I access this course anywhere in the world?
Yes! SoulSensei as a platform is accessible worldwide. You can join from any location as long as you have an internet connection. All live sessions are based on IST (Indian Standard Time).
How can International users register for the Live sessions/courses?
International users can easily register by entering their mobile number, name, and email address. An OTP will be sent to their registered email for verification. For international users, we currently accept card payments only!
How do I interact with the course leader?
This SoulSession includes a live Q&A as part of the course.
Are there any technical requirements for the course?
To make the most of your SoulSession, ensure that you have a stable internet connection and a device that supports the SoulSensei platform. The live sessions will be conducted on Zoom, so we recommend downlaoding and installing the Zoom app for a more seamless experience.
Is the course refundable?
No, all payments made are nonrefundable. Please review the course details before enrolling.
Can I share my course access with others?
No, the course access is for individual use only. Sharing your account or course materials with others is a violation of our terms of service.
Can I change my registered phone number or email id?
