Ayushi Damani is a certified yoga instructor, sound healer, and holistic wellness practitioner who blends the ancient wisdom of movement and sound to create deeply transformative experiences. With a RYT 200 certification and specialised training in Yin Yoga (YACEP 50 hours), she brings a unique balance of dynamic and restorative practices to her teaching. Her journey into the healing arts expanded into sound therapy, where she works with the sacred vibrations of traditional Tibetan Mandala instruments. Through sound baths, intimate 1:1 sessions, and group ceremonies, Ayushi incorporates hand bells, gongs, Tingshaws, and singing bowls to create profound energetic shifts and deep relaxation. Each session is thoughtfully designed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit, concluding with a mindful tea ceremony, community sharing, and an intuitive oracle card reading—allowing participants to integrate their experience and find personal meaning.
