Anger isn’t bad. Being disconnected from it is.
For generations, women have been told to be quiet, nice, calm, composed. As a result, many of us were never taught how to feel or express anger in healthy ways. It ends up turning inward — showing up as anxiety, emotional numbness, people-pleasing, or sudden outbursts we can’t explain.
This session is a space to change that.
You don’t need to yell, scream, or push anything away. Instead, you’ll gently tune into your body and listen to what your anger might be trying to say. With a trauma-informed facilitator and somatic tools, you’ll explore where anger lives in your system and how to move it through — safely, consciously, and without judgment.
Whether you feel rage that’s been bubbling for years, or you’re just beginning to realize you even have anger you’re welcome here. This is your space to feel without fixing, release without guilt, and reconnect with the power of your truth.
