I met Kanchan when I was at the lowest point in my life. I had a few sessions with another therapist but I couldn’t be myself. I couldn’t open up nor find it elevating. But Kanchan does have the magic—the magic of making you feel comfortable, listening to you and ultimately elevating you. Every session ends in hope. I have always felt better after every session because she understands you, empathises with you and guides you. I love the interesting homework, books and podcast suggestions which I get.
