About the session
We live in a world that often pulls us away from the present moment, leaving us feeling disconnected from our bodies and minds. Our nervous systems are constantly responding to internal and external stimuli, shifting between different states – sometimes with our conscious awareness and sometimes without.
This Somatic Session led by Shubhra, a Breathwork Facilitator and Somatic Practitioner, is designed to help you reconnect with your body and cultivate a deeper awareness of your physical sensations, emotions, and energetic field. Explore guided somatic meditation, and breathwork exercises to cultivate deeper body awareness.You will be able to interpret the subtle signals your body is sending and respond with compassion and care leading to lesser stress, anxiety and improve overall well-being.
Post this session, gain a deeper understanding of yourself and experience a deeper layer of your nervous system. You will receive a small tool kit of practices to bring back into your daily life and cultivate greater self-awareness.
Join Online: Explore the Live In The Moment: Somatic Regulation on 27th January, at 8 PM. During the session, keep a journal and pen along with a soft cloth, stuff toy or cushion. Also, get an essential oil or a fragrant fruit/flower (1-hour session).

Shubhra Chaturvedi is a Somatic Practitioner and has been in this field of wellness for over ten years now. Her work mainly lies in blending ancestral wisdom with scientific findings on building presence through nervous system regulation, breathwork and trauma informed psychotherapy. She currently works in group settings, one on one sessions and within family and business set ups. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Breathwork Facilitator and is Trauma Informed. She has recently finished her compassionate inquiry training and is training to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.
