We’ll start by tuning into the sacred Adi Mantra, move through a series of simple warmups and a kriya to activate your spine and root chakra, and close with a deeply calming meditation and chanting practice. It’s not about perfection or flexibility it’s about presence, connection, and inner awakening.

This part of the practice helps awaken your core vitality and reconnect you with your natural rhythm.

How can chakras be activated?
