Breathwork has many emotional and physical benefits which include higher concentration and focus, lower stress and anxiety, increased energy and clarity, deeper relaxation and improved respiratory functions.
There are many types of breathwork techniques which include but are not limited to Anilom Vilom, Box Breathing, Straw Breathing, Brahmari and Ujjayi Breathing. There are guided practices to all these types of breathing techniques on our website.
Journaling helps organize thoughts, process emotions, and gain clarity by putting your inner dialogue onto paper. It’s a powerful tool for self-expression and problem-solving.
Techniques include gratitude journaling, bullet journaling, dream journaling, manifestation journaling, stream-of-consciousness writing, and goal setting.
