Phase 1: Create with Clarity (29th June) - A 75-min Zoom Joyshop to set your monthly vision using meditation, journaling, affirmations, poetry, and music.
Phase 2: Keep It Alive (21 Days) - Daily WhatsApp prompts to spark action, maintain momentum, and stay gently accountable.
Phase 3: Reflect & Rewire (12th July) - A 45-min Zoom Joyshop to celebrate wins, reset direction, and refine your next steps.
Using journaling, guided meditation, self-concept work, affirmations and a sprinkle of poetry and music, we’ll tap into your inner wisdom and co-create your next 30 days with fresh energy. Think of it as a soulful accountability pod — where you’re supported, inspired, and energized.
After the session, we keep the momentum alive with daily prompts for 21 days via WhatsApp, followed by a 45-minute reunion joyshop to reflect, realign, and celebrate the shifts. Whether you're manifesting big dreams or small joys, this is your sacred space to begin.
The session recording will be available in your SoulSensei Library within 24 hours.
