With a foundation in Early Childhood Care and Education from Sophia Polytechnic, she inspires curiosity and creativity in children and adults alike. As an Awareness Through the Body (ATB) practitioner trained under Aloka Marti, she empowers individuals to cultivate mindfulness and self-direction.
