Riya is an internationally certified Yoga Teacher and Sound Healing Therapist who blends ancient healing vibrations with modern wellness practices. She specializes in transformative sound healing sessions using tools like singing bowls and chimes to promote relaxation, reduce stress, improve sleep, and enhance vitality. With extensive training from renowned institutions like IASH and the Himalayan Academy of Sound, Riya combines classical Hatha and modern Vinyasa yoga in her practice. Her work has been featured on Aaj Tak, Times Now, and India Today, and she created the series Align and Flow Yoga with Riya for Tata Sky Fitness.
