Meet Sharmila Awasthi

Sharmila is a dedicated wellness facilitator who works with Breathwork, Pranayama, Hatha Yoga asanas and deep relaxation practices. She is known for creating simple, grounded and accessible sessions that help people reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds and find balance through mindful movement and breath. A certified Yoga educator with an RYT 250 and a Diploma in Yoga Education, she brings both precision and compassion to her guidance. Her intention is to help participants build steady, sustainable well-being through breath awareness, strength, stillness and inner ease.
