Her holistic approach combines traditional psychotherapy with powerful breathwork techniques like Conscious Connected Breathwork, Rebirthing, Holotropic Breathwork, and the Wim Hof Method, including ice plunges and cold exposure. Rhea believes in offering practical tools to help individuals regulate their nervous systems, build resilience, and reconnect with their inner strength.
