Swapnil has been practicing yoga for over 13 years with the Isha Foundation, developing a deep fluency in yoga and meditation. A lifelong passion for music inspired him to weave together spirituality, sound, and the arts, leading him to train in sound healing modalities at Auroville. Through his sessions, Swapnil creates immersive experiences that guide participants into higher states of awareness and deep rest, supporting holistic well-being and inner balance.
